Are you looking for a unique and refreshing experience with your team or group?
Any sustainable systems change in organizations or society requires a level of self knowledge, ongoing self observation and the ability to understand those who experience the world differently from one’s own viewpoint.
The Enneagram is a unique tool that brings teams together by offering deep understanding of self and others in ways that build understanding, empathy, and mutual respect. It offers team members a non-judgmental way to explore their own and others motivations, values, social roles and problem solving styles to learn how to interact with each other to create a healthy work culture. The Enneagram does not just label us and put us in a “box.” Instead, it offers a map of individualized growth plans for each of the nine personality types so that they can grow and get “unstuck” from their unconscious patterns through appropriate self awareness and specific practices.
Whether you’re looking for an intro or a deep dive, there are infinite topics and applications of the Enneagram that can be tailored to your group’s needs.

Other Workshop Offerings
The Enneagram & Anti-racism
This workshop was developed with my colleague Milton Stewart to use presence, compassion, and curiosity to explore the legacy of Whiteness and race in our culture and context. We create a safe atmosphere free of shame, lecturing or advice. We will do this work together with curiosity and compassion for ALL. We will explore how our Enneagram Types can contribute to harm or to healing for justice work. We address automatic advantages of being White in the context of history, as well as help understand our cultural assumptions. This encouraging workshop will leave you and your team inspired you to take real, practical action towards justice, equity and building the beautiful world we all know is possible
Working with your Inner Critic
The oppressive voices of blame, shame, rage and fear within us can run our lives and keep us from making real change, trying something new or taking healthy risks. Learn how to name, tame and transform your Inner Critic so that you are living free from generational dysfunction, crippling fear and blockages to your creativity!
The Foundations of the Enneagram for teams
The Enneagram is complex, and so is your team. Let’s take the time to understand ourselves and others so work can become a place where people feel seen, heard, and included, as well as feel a sense of belonging and purpose. The Enneagram unlocks inspiration, creativity, cooperation, and appreciation for others. It will give you the tools you need as a leader and innovator in your field. This session can be divided into 6 short classes, or be a day-long training.
Deepening Your Spiritual Practices
Spirituality, at its heart, is about finding a sense of connection and meaning. Experience a wide variety of practices that connect your body, heart and mind to this mysterious thing called Presence. As we deepen in awareness/mindfulness/Presence, our lives and relationships improve. We become more fully ALIVE, more fulfilled, and more fully human.
Contemplative or Alternative Prayer Retreats
Are you wondering why prayer as an adult seems stale, disconnected or obligatory? Broaden your understanding of what it means to “pray” by tapping into new prayer forms that are embodied, creative, heart-centered, authentic forms of expressing and relating to The Holy.
Kind Words
"Chelsea Forbrook brings a joyous, purposeful presence to facilitation. Her organization, preparedness and intentionality allow for trust and make meaningful interactions easy. She really cares about people and her enthusiasm and is contagious."
– Benjamin Linzmeier, house painteR
"Chelsea is a fierce and loving spirit. In the midst of a retreat that Chelsea hosted, she led a movement/dance exercise that I was both nervous and excited for. Throughout that exercise and the whole weekend Chelsea created a safe, energized, and well structured environment that inspired me to show up as my authentic self, even if I felt raw or insecure. The result of the experience was a deepened connection with the whole group and more importantly a deeper connection and understanding of myself."
