How to Name, Tame & Transform your Inner Critic
Mondays 6:30-8pm CST on Zoom
FEb 2, 2026 - April 13, 2026
We all have an inner critic, and it shows up very differently based upon personality.
Our Inner Critic’s job is to keep us from changing. It keeps us stuck.
This is why we MUST learn to skillfully work with it if we hope to grow and heal.
Bringing together lessons from the Enneagram, Buddhism, Contemplative prayer, and 12 Steps programs, this course shares powerful tools and group support for naming, taming—and ultimately, transforming-- your Inner Critic.

B.I.G. Enneagram Retreat: WATER Edition
May 22-25, 2026
Dunrovin Retreat Center, in Minnesota
Using body based exercises, nature immersion, and mindfulness practices, we will explore the cultivation of Presence in the Head Center. Working with our Fixations, habits of attention, and Inner Critic messages is challenging work, so doing it together in community with experienced teachers is crucial. We will learn practical tools for deeper awareness, developing a neutral Inner Observer, and detaching from our unskillful habits of mind.
The WATER retreat will feature CANOEING on the beautiful St. Croix River!
