The Enneagram of Holy Ideas

An Immersion into NonDual States of Consciousness

This course will explore the Holy Ideas, which are the ways our mind/consciousness experiences Reality when we are free from our mental fixations, stories, assumptions, and fears. The Holy Ideas are a direct experience of interior freedom in the Head Center, an inner Knowing that understands that All is One. The Holy Ideas bring us beyond our personality type and into an expanded state of Awareness.

This Work brings us into the spiritual dimensions of the Enneagram and helps us evolve our souls.

We will draw upon the teachings of G.I. Gurdjieff, A.H. Almaas, and Russ Hudson in our in-depth study and practice together as a community. Almaas calls the Holy Ideas “psychocatalyzers,” meaning they initiate a new pathway or opening in our psyche. When we ponder the Holy Ideas, we begin to see everything with fresh eyes, living a life that is no longer based in fear and separation, but instead based in Love, interconnection, and joy!

We will use a variety of practices that open our Deeper Heart and Higher Mind, including:

  • Gurdjieff exercises

  • Somatic exercises

  • Repeating questions and monologues

  • Reflective journaling

  • imagery, poetry, and music

Presence in the Head Center can seem like a mythological beast to most people: elusive, imaginary, and perhaps impossible. This course is designed to make the impossible possible. Yes, even for you.

 What’s Included

  • Chelsea will offer live teachings on each of the Holy Ideas and how you can begin “tasting” and “seeing” them in your life. Chelsea has studied the Holy Ideas with master teacher Russ Hudson, beginning in 2017 with a Holy Ideas workshop, followed by a 3 month study through the Shift Network, and finished Russ’ year-long immersion course on the Holy Ideas in 2025.

    Chelsea is the co-founder of the MN Wisdom Circle, a 4th Way community based in the teachings of Gurdjieff and Cynthia Bourgeault. As a certified practitioner with Marion Gilbert’s Somatic Enneagram, Chelsea will incorporate somatic exercises into our learning and development.

    Teaching sessions are 90 minutes monthly.

  • Integration sessions are once per month for 90 minutes and include:

    • Guided Meditations

    • Inner Practices

    • Inquiry Practices (Repeating Questions, monologues, journaling prompts)

    • Group sharing, discussion, and Question & Response with Chelsea

    • Deeper integration into the subconscious and the spirit through poetry and music

    The Holy Ideas are meant to be a direct experience with deeper spiritual states. Just sitting around talking about them as an intellectual exercise will get us nowhere. This is why all these integration practices are essential to the learning.

  • Chelsea is available to offer individual support throughout the course as needed (for an additional fee). Chelsea has certifications in:

    • Spiritual Direction from Christos Center for Spirituality

    • Enneagram coaching and facilitation from Anne Muree’s Full Circle Enneagram certification program

    • Somatic Enneagram certification Levels 1 & 2 from Marion Gilbert’s Somatic Enneagram

    • Russ Hudson’s Enneagram program, A Year in Conscious Living

  • We will use the book “ Facets of Unity: The Enneagram of Holy Ideas” by A.H. Almaas as our core curriculum.

    You will explore this provocative text together with your small group, as well as having it inform our large group discussions. Having a text to work with will help solidify understanding, and offer a different way to interact with the material

    • An intimate group where you will be seen, heard, and find belonging

    • Small group format will alternate. Every other meeting will be either reflection prompts for sharing about the month’s topic, or interacting with our book by A.H. Almaas

    • Small groups are a chance to learn from others’ experience and perspective, as well as develop friendships that offer an accountability to “stick with it.”

    • Small groups meet every other week for 1 hour

  • It is important to show up to as many sessions as possible, but when you need to miss, the recordings of both the Teaching Sessions and Integration sessions will be made available to you so you can stay caught up with the group.

    The teaching sessions will be compiled into a private link to which you will have lifetime access. (Integration session recordings will be deleted at the end of the course since they will contain personal sharing from group members). Recordings are not meant to be shared, and are only for participants of the course.

Who is this Course for?

This is an advanced course, and not for beginners to the Enneagram. This course is unapologetically spiritual, but not religious. Anyone of any religion or denomination (or none) is welcome. You are free to translate “God-language” in any way that feels true to you. 

This course is for people who already know their Enneagram Type and have been working intensively with the Enneagram — in community, with an IEA accredited teacher or teachers — for at least 30 hours of live course content with a teacher over the course of 2 years or more.

  • Grounded Presence

    It all begins and ends with Presence. This course will offer you practices, exercises, and tools to deepen your three centered Presence and cultivate the depth of your Being.

  • Interior Freedom

    Presence in the Head Center brings with it the qualities of Clarity, inner guidance, awakeness, and freedom. From these states, we will begin to see and experience the world in a whole new way.

  • Essence Friends

    This work cannot be done alone. To do the hard work of surrender and letting go of our fixated self-view, we need to be surrounded in community and in relationships that understand and support our common aim.

  • Connection to a Lineage

    Far from dabbling in New Age fluff, this course is grounded in millennia of spiritual wisdom from the esoteric teachings of the east and west. Reconnect with spiritual ancestors and guides who have paved the way to inner spaciousness and presence.

  • Relationship to Divine Love

    The Holy Ideas cannot be separated from the love of the Divine. In a sense, we are learning to see through the eyes of the Source of all that exists. This foray into sacred seeing offers relief and hope to our weary minds.

  • Nondual Perspectives

    The Ego mind is constantly dividing things into dualistic caterories of like/dislike, good/bad, sacred/profane, etc. The Holy Ideas offer us a Nondual perspective of radical inclusion where everything belongs. This offers a peaceful way to end the battle inside ourselves.

The monthly rhythm of our Tuesday meetings will be:

  • Week 1: Teaching Session with Chelsea and the Large Group

  • Week 2: Small Group - discuss reflection prompts

  • Week 3: Large Group Integration Session with Chelsea

  • Week 4: Small Group - discuss the reading from the book

Investment

Early Bird Price (available through July 31st)

$280 per month for 10 months, or you can make a one-time payment of $2,650 upfront (which saves you $150).

There is a small amount of scholarship money available for young people, people in marginalized groups, or those going through a difficult financial season. Please reach out to Chelsea here if you are in need of financial support.

 

Those seeking to become Accredited Professionals through the International Enneagram Association can credit the hours in my this course toward their certification.
